“Very impressed with Ross cuitie.He was knowledgeable and made us feel welcome and at ease. Disappointed that he was not doing the handover on the Friday. Would have liked instructions at handover of how the dashboard worked as a warning light came up after 25miles and I had to call family member with a similar car for help. That should have been avoided. I thought you had sold me a faulty car. Anyway , full marks for friendly atmosphere of showroom staff. I would have given five stars if the handover had not been a little disappointing.”

“Due to a accident I had to look for a new car. As I was not expecting to be looking for cars I was a bit unsure of what I wanted. We went to Peter Vardy and was introduced to Tom. Tom showed us around the showroom, pointing out the different sections. He asked lots of questions to help narrow down my search, brought lots of cars for test drives and he was friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we had a laugh along the way as well. He was incredibly patient with me and very knowledgeable and understanding. It definitely all helped me immensely.”
