"The problem with this company is that they operate across the country, so a great review for 1 area will not be indicative of another with different operatives\/management. Check the 1 star reviews before you use this company.\r\nMy operative did an appalling job with my carpets and upholstery, when it dried there was simply no difference. When I raised this they agreed but said was due to upholstery not being regularly cleaned (so dirty items can\u2019t be cleaned?!) and wicking, but as stains were not that bad, and were in identical place as before I don\u2019t believe this.\r\nIve since had the cushions dry cleaned and all stains were removed.\r\nThey suggested might need 2nd\/3rd clean but didn\u2019t offer to redo, also flatly declined my request as I hadn\u2019t raised within 24 hours (which was because I wanted to see if dry cleaning worked first).\r\nI should have realised they weren\u2019t very good when they demanded full payment up front. Not happy having spent \u00a3222 with nothing to show for it. Avoid this company if you live in Buckinghamshire!"
