Very disappointed in regards to the delivery time it takes from ordering until your purchase has arrived. Order went in a week ago and I did ring to see where it was and was annoyed to hear it hadn’t even left yourselves after a week

Hi Ashley, Thank you for your time on the phone just now. As we explained, as you're outside of the UK mainland (NI), our delivery times are up to 8 working days for your location and today is the 6th working day. The item has been dispatched and it should be with you within the next couple of working days. As we make your items to order, in our UK factory, sometimes it can take longer than usual to dispatch them, especially during peak times. Very disappointed with the quality of the mats. Very expensive and they are very lightweight. Proper car rubber car mats should have weight to them. Think twice before you order. Typicial internet company.

Hi Simon, I'm sorry you feel mislead. I can see you ordered the light-weight EVA. We describe the item on the website as below: "Finally, the best of the best, our latest, completely exclusive, 100% odourless, EVA Diamond Cell Car Mats. Designed to be lightweight, but super thick (6mm). The Diamond Cell design captures any dirt / spills, ensuring 100% floor well protection. They're also very easy to clean and maintain, simply jet wash or hose down." As you can see, we do inform you this is a lightweight material but it's our thickest and most durable. EVA is designed to compete with Rubber as it's more durable and easier to maintain. If you would prefer something heavier, you can return the item for an exchange. We have two other variants of Rubber Car Mats which might be more suitable. If this is of interest, please email us with your order number and we will be happy to help. The EVA mats are actually installed in my work vehicle and have been for over a year. They are still as good as new and capture any spills. I received the wrong size mats, I provided photos, but then had to prove my vehicle registration was correct, then I proced they were wrong, so they requested paper templates if my own mats, it took two weeks of phone calls and email to get a return label, then I had to use a PayPal dispute to get refunded. They did not respond to it at all. Over two weeks of messing about for a refund for something that could have been resolved in a day. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll never use them again.

In regards to your order, we provided you with the latest Volkswagen Tiago, which as we understand, was a little different in shape compared to your current mats. We were investigating this issue with you, as the template we have, was supplied to us by an approved Volkswagen dealer. We did offer free replacements to you as we were trying to resolve this as quickly as we could. We really are sorry for you not having the best experience. We're awaiting a brand new template for your vehicle which should be with us within the next few days. I understand we provided you with a free returns label and you would be receiving a full refund once the item was returned. I purchased a set of 5 mats for my car and entered the plate number as requested and the images shown on the web page including showed exactly what was required. On receipt the mats contained Velcro stickers and not the fixings that were required. Despite emails going back and forward plus two telephone calls giving the required information I am still waiting for a template showing the position of the fixings, this promised to be sent out on an urgent basis last Friday. Customer service is poor and I believe emails and not being properly read before response.

Hi Rob, We're really sorry to hear you've had an issue with the item. After reviewing your case, I can see as standard that this vehicle is supplied with Velcro, rather than fixing points. Ordered a custom mat for my Mercedes E63 with thick carpet and extra boot sill protector costing well over £100. The boot protector does not fit correctly at all and Iv had to bend the sides up to make it fit, I even have issues closing the boot lid. Not impressed seeing as this is quite an expensive boot mat.....

I ordered this mat which was supposed to have been made to fit my Skoda octavia Estate. I expected it to fit within the boot, it didn't I had to cut the rim off before it would fit and had to cut off about 150mm from the rear corner as it had to be folded up to even go in and as it is rigid plastic with a rim all round it is not designed to be folded. It was supposed to be designed for my car but was nowhere near fitting. If it had fit correctly I would have given 5 stars

I ordered my van mat 15 days ago and I still don't have it, despite being told that even when they are busy, delivery might be as long as 8 days. This is just a bog standard mat with no alterations or customization. I've had no response at all from any of my enquiries online, and the moron that I FINALLY picked up the phone couldn't tell me anything at all other then "it should be with you soon". Not a good experience at all, and I would urge anyone thinking of using these charlatans to shop elsewhere.

The locking clips on the front mats had been fitted wrong, also it says they are 100% odourless, they absolutly stink, to the extent I had to wash my hands twice to get the smell off of them, they have been in the car for 10 minutes, when I went back to the car the smell was very over powering! Not happy!!

Service, returns and delivery all OK. But price and quality were poor. Had ordered ‘Platinum’ carpets from them before and these were excellent. quality. They have since changed the carpet type and this is because the ‘platinum’ they used to get they cannot get any more from their supplier. They said the new type is still as durable and still as long lasting in wear. However, it is only half as thick as their original and looks cheap. It’s certainly not worth £85! So returned them which cost me £12.

Product sold as a 100% matching to Lexus CT 2017 doesnt fit in Lexus CT 2017. if you want to use it, you need to destroy original floor clips

Ordered a 73 plate VW Tiguan Hybrid boot mat. Entered my reg and all seemed well with my order until it came and did not fit. I sent several photos of my boot with numerous emails and the support team could not help. Returned the goods which also was not without problems due to the return label links not working. Eventually, I got a refund. But please do sell items not are not suitable. Do not take the information on the web site to be correct.

As this is a negative review I would say it won’t go live as only see positive reviews. I gave them my number plate yet the fittings do not fit correctly but I managed to fit but not perfect. Back drivers mat is not correct I received 2 passenger rear mats but old mats match nearly so left original in car so paid for set that wasn’t a set. So paid far too much for poor service. I am 1 person who never complains but this was very poor won’t deal with again as not worth it. Warning to all future customers you won’t get what paid for better paying double the price and get originals. Very unhappy customer.

Wasn’t informed re mat bring out of stock despite paying for 2 day delivery, contacted twice over a period of days. Eventually received boot liner supposedly for my precise car, but doesn’t fit and isn’t the quality I would have thought. Eventually bought proper BMW mini countryman mats from dealer. Much cheaper and better quality. Really disappointed!!!!!!

This is the second set that we have purchased over the years, first set being good. However the rubber mats that we bought a couple of weeks ago absolutely stink of overpowering rubber smell that I can’t stand them in my car!! I did start a live chat explaining this but have had no response.
