Ordered my Mats on the 25/01/23 as of today still not received them was under the impression it would be next day delivery, I have sent three emails requesting that they now cancel the order but keep getting the same automated response, so if you see this please cancel the order and refund me,

Used their online registration search to find some mats. Advised on the wrong mats. When I challenged through customer services, they point blank refused a refund or replacement of the mat. Instead they tried to charge me an additional £14.99 to rectify their error! Do yourself a favour and don't order from this company. The quality wasn't the greatest either. Apparently the edging is leather however it is far from ever being leather. Very plasticy feel to it.

Wrong size mats sent, wrong colour thin as tracing paper when they sent some more out still dont fit great but cant be bothered with the stress from them.

Paid for a delivery service, didn't arrive within the paid service (as advertised by them) and zero responses to emails chasing the order. Really disappointed as have ordered several mats from them in the past and been okay, but it only takes one mistake to let you down.

Very disappointed. Having filtered the options to my car make and model I was delighted to see a photo of a T shaped boot liner which was exactly what I needed for my car. The item received was a basic rectangle which did not serve the purpose and was nothing like the photo advertised. Having submitted photos (which interestingly I don’t seem to have the option to do here) Customer Service agreed that the liner was a poor fit but stated, ‘ the photo you have attached is a generic photo from the website. Unfortunately, we can't provide a photo of every single boot as we do not have access to this.’ Therefore liners are generic and not made to fit specific make/models - false advertising in my opinion! Would not recommend.

Ford kuga boot liner, looks and feel like cheap hard plastic, don't feel any quality of this product really disappointing 😢 and was waiting 3 weeks for delivery

Hi Martyn, I'm really sorry to hear you've not yet received your order. We have updated our customer service page to explain that all couriers are currently seeing major delays due to the Parcel Force and Royal Mail strikes. Although we don't actually use Royal Mail, most UK companies have been forced to switch to another provider, which in turn, has added huge strains to their networks. Our couriers are requesting more time at the moment to process and deliver your parcel. Please if you can allow us a little more time and if the parcel hasn't arrived by the 18th, get back in touch with us via email info@carmats4u.com and we will raise a claim for you. Car mats haven’t arrived. Paid for next day delivery. Company have refunded the delivery charge but are not chasing courier hard enough to actually deliver the products. Courier impossible to contact by us so we feel we have paid for something we haven’t received and don’t know if we will ever receive it. I wish we had gone to Halfords

Ordered mats and they took nearly a month to arrive. This was apparently down to Evri messing up the delivery. It took two telephone conversations and a re- order to put things right.

Steer clear of these mats don't waste your money do yourself a favour and buy the real ones, they don't fit the car and have rolled up several times underneath my pedals VERY DANGEROUS! they are certainly not luxury which is how they are described I struggle to find anything luxury about them. I have contacted the company many times on the issues I have had giving them every opportunity to rectify them, so far I have been sent a handful of plastic bits! paper cut outs of the mats! now they have offered me a refund as long as I pay the postage it's a joke! apparently they say these are the correct ones for the car I now have the Nissan x trail genuine mats and these fit perfectly and do not move off of the fixings which says it all. Never again would I buy from this company.

Ordered a boot liner for audi Q3 on the 3 /9/2022 and 11 days later you told me it was out of stock 🤔, and said it would be back in stock in 3 weeks. So its now 4 weeks on and still no boot liner. Quick enough taking the money though

Products might be good, but the company routinely and deliberately flouts the GDPR, by processing personally identifiable information for purposes which require explicit, informed, opt-in consent without first bothering to obtain explicit, informed, opt-in consent. Evidently obeying the law is beneath the company's dignity.

Prompt delivery however material very cheap, instructions very poor (basically "just stick it on"). After several attepmpts had to throw it away.

I was not supplied with what I ordered. Sent diamond pattern instead of what I ordered claiming it was a free upgrade. Wanted what I ordered. Bumper protector is too narrow and does not cover the whole bumper. Mat did not fit the boot of my RS4 Advant as well as I would have liked.
