“the mats are of excellent quality and look great. the only problem i had was the hole fittings for the drivers mat. they were a bit too small, but easily remedied by gently running a drill bit of the right size throu the holes. Definately worth the money though and you can tell they will last a long time”

“The question is 'do I love my car mats?' Words I' don't associate with each other! As for the car mats themselves. - they are very good. Well made and the red trim sets them off very nicely. Also they fit the new MG S5 perfectly. So all in all very happy with my purchase but do I 'love them'...no!”

“2 stars is a reflection of customer services and the mats. I bought two mats for my van, a Partner around 2 yrs ago. The clip for the drivers side didn't fit properly. I emailed customer services who were not very helpful. They requested info I'd already sent and after a couple of emails that didn't help, I gave up. The mats were thinner than I had hoped for compared to other mats I've had. I'm replacing them and going to another supplier.”

Hi Daniel Thank you for your purchase of mats 2 years ago. I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with the mats received. I can see that at the time our team sent out replacement clips to you to resolve the issue with the clips not fitting, as we didn't hear back we assumed the issue had been resolved. You ordered of Off Road Rubber mats which are advertised at 3mm thick, we do offer thicker rubber mats.

“I found them very cheap looking, decided not to use them, devalued the look even though I bought the upgraded option. I ended up buying from the BMW dealer as the best ones are more expensive. Also, I thought I was buying irish but its actually a uk company, no issue just I thought it was Irish through the dot ie site.”

Hi Thank you for your order and for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the mats received. We offer 5 qualities of carpet, it's possible you'd have been happier with a higher grade of carpet than selected. We are UK based but ship to Ireland.

“Ordered one piece mat for Ford Transit mk9. Incorrect stud locations on received mat, but issue rectified by swapping for correct mat due to Ford model differences between Transit base vehicle and motorhome base vehicle. Thanks in anticipation of arrival of correct mat.”

“I am pleased with the car mats for my Peugeot 208 excellent fit are very soft I ordered the Grand ones definitely worth it. The delivery was 3 days from order , kept informed by email. I would highly recommend this Company, would use again.”
