“Beware !!! Despite the fact vehicles registration number added to their search engine, and the listing clearly stating that the ‘mats fit’ my van, in fact the choices listed did not fit!! No responsibility for this was taken by the company. They offered me 40% off a new pair, but this is no use since they had already confirmed in a prior email that they did not make the mats for my swift transit camper that covers the cab walkway. They will only correspond via email. No phone line number available and they are refuse to call you back to discuss issues for some reason :-) beware and avoid.”

Hi Richard Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with your experience of purchasing through ourselves. The mats ordered are for a Swift Monza not the Swift Voyager which is why they are not a good fit. As they are embroidered they are ineligible for a return and replacement which is why our team have offered a 40% discount.
