“An error on my behalf resulted in the wrong boot mat being ordered. CarMats without hesitation replaced the incorrect mat with the correct one. They kept me informed throughout the process and I now have the correct mat for my Hyundai Tucson. A perfect fit. Customer service at the highest level. Unfortunately a rare commodity in today’s age.”
