“Fit is good and delivery swift. The fact that the parcel was left on our doorstep in full view of any passing thieves is a failing on behalf of the courier chosen by this company. However the mats themselves ('Grand' specification) are extremely lightweight and thin; the carpet has no pile and is little more than fuzz. To add to the disappointment, the 'Clips' that are supposedly supplied turn out to be holes in the corners of the mats that don't fit to anything already on the car. Customer Services have suggested that if these aren't satisfactory then I should attend a local dealer to have better clips fitted. There are very good car mat suppliers online. This is not one of them and I won't be using them again.”

Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the car mats for your Skoda Fabia and for how these were left. The courier should have left the order safe and not plain site, so please do accept our apologies for this. We're glad to hear that you received the mats safely despite how they were left. We offer 5 qualities of carpet, Grand being one up from our entry level, it's possible that you'd have been happier with one of the higher qualities of carpet for your Fabia. The clips in our mats are designed to fix on to the fixings that are already in your footwell, these are normally present in your vehicle but if they are not they can be sourced and installed easily. We do have a stock of the fixings for the footwell themselves and have reached out to you to see if you'd like these supplied free of charge. If you'd like to take us up on this then please do reply to our email from earlier in the week.
