“Very quick turn around considering this was a brand new model (MG S9) for which the manufacturer had not even produced any yet. Also included one extra which I'm assuming goes between the 2nd and 3rd row, though I've not fitted that one yet. The others are a great fit, seem very sturdy and don't have too much of that rubbery smell that can be overwhelming. Great product and really good service.”

“I opted for the Oderlous rubber mats because they are easy to clean and don't wear out at the same rate as carpet mats sometimes do. Have bought them before for my other car and my daughter in-laws vauxhall car, very pleased with my purchase. Also looking to buy a jaecoo 5 boot liner but can't find this on the website at present, perhaps someone from carmats.co.uk can advise on this please.”

“Well I’ll name drop at the beginning… Elliot C, and Amy B were brilliant and a final response/acknowledge ent email from Kate S was well received and appreciated. I had initially ordered some of the standard rubber mats (set of 4), they arrived sooner than predicted and were really nicely made, a perfect fit for our Octavia, I was chuffed to bits. When I opened the bag, the smell was stronger than I’d expected so I let them air out for a day or two before they went in to the car. As I said, they were a perfect fit but the smell was really quite strong so we put up with it thinking it would eventually dissipate. It didn’t. I emailed to say we’d been really happy with everyone from start to finish with the process and overall delivery but that they were stinking us out. I was reassured they were made from recycled rubber (great stuff!) but that because the smell was so strong after more than a week in the car, they offered to replace them with the odourless version. I was so surprised. Our second set of mats arrived again in really good time, sooner than I was anticipating and they’re perfect! There’s no smell at all, another perfect fit and we’re really, really pleased. I’ve told my friends about how amazing the customer service has been from the get go, very professional, extremely fast responses and just generally really lovely. I’ve also banged on about how lush the mats are! That they were made to order and arrived in double quick time. One thing I didn’t realise was that I could personalise the wording on the label, I think I could have had fun with that! Great work team, thanks to everyone including those making the mats!”

“I needed new mats for my VW Transporter 6.1 the quality is awesome. Even when I had ordered the incorrect front one, I had paid for the order replacement and after a couple of emails the correct mat arrived. They are so good I want to drive bare foot!”

“The mats were a great fit for my caddy maxi life but unfortunately I didn’t realise the importance of buying odourless rubber mats. I have had to remove them as the chemical smell is so toxic. I’d advise to pay the extra and get odourless ones.”

Any odour with the Off Road Rubber mats will fade very quickly. We do offer Odourless Rubber mats as you've noted which we'd be happy to exchange your mats for.
