“Ordered mats which by description were correct. As super precaution took out the optional insurance where the order is double checked against reg to prevent having to return them. Wrong mats arrived. Although “ we will reply within 24 hrs” I got a reply on the Tuesday having e mailed on the Saturday. Kept being e mailed by different individuals asking for details and multiple measurements rather than being one person to deal with. Eventually sent correct mats. Asked for refund for insurance but then had to chase again to get price difference refunded. Lastly I had to say I “loved my Mats” to get to this review page. This means any negative reviews won’t get on it.”

Our team asked for multiple measurements to ensure the exchanged mats would be a perfect fit, which I'm glad to see that they are. We refunded the SureFit insurance as a goodwill gesture as requested, as you noted our team initially overlooked refunding the price difference in the replacement product.
