“The car mats are fabulous. The company could probably do with finding some alternative delivery methods, as their supplier was 4 days late delivering to us. which for us, being full time travellers, with no forwarding address, was a real issue - hence the 4 stars, instead of 5….”

“Bought some mats for my Trekker Campervan, (Ford Transit) based on my number plate, but were not the right fit. Emailed CarMats, got a reply within the hour. Was asked to send photographs and measurements. Had a reply with a photo of the mat they thought was the right fit. Looked spot on. Sent the originals back and had replacements within 2 weeks. (Had to be made as not a standard fit.) Was a little sceptical about only contacting them by email, but quick replies and responses. Nothing to fault. Great service.”
