“I used these guys a few years ago for my A6, and when cleaning tge mats I lost a clip ring that came off due to heavy cleaning and email asking to buy one and was blown away when rhey just sent me one free of charge even though I felt it was my falt, that's why when my wife brought a new car a quickly jumped on line and ordered some for her new polo, she absolutely loves them they add a grate touch to a nice new car feel and I will be reordering when I need some new one. Six years since I brought mine and they are still In lovely condition so may be a year or two yet, sorry 🤣”

“Poor quality, waited 8 working days for delivery and when they got here they were so thin and poor quality, we just thought "What a Rip Off" I would just get them from Halfords much better quality and much cheaper.”

Hi Luigi Thank you for your order and for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the mats you received for your Fiat 500. The majority of mats are made to order, as yours were which does take a little time. I can see that your order was delivered in 6 working days. Our Grand mats represent great value, we do offer much thicker carpets but these do have an increased cost. As you're not happy with the mats and wish to return them, I can see that our team have sent out information on how to return the product with our free returns service.
