“We ordered replacement mats for our Kia Xceed and Hyundai i20. Both sets arrived very quickly and we were very pleased with the quality. They certainly lend a prestigious look to the interior of the cars. There was a very small issue with one of the i20 mats, but it was so small that I was happy to accept them as they were. However, Kate Sharman from CarMats customer care was not happy to let this lie and insisted on replacing all the i20 mats and arranged for a new set to be sent to me, which, again, arrived quickly and in perfect condition. All along, the communications received from CarMats was excellent and I would certainly buy from them again and I would like to reiterate how helpful Kate was. She is a credit to the company.”

“2nd time ordering a set of mats (this time for my daughters car) and yet again, top class. Exactly as I had designed them, fit like a treat and she is over the moon with them. Thanks so much for such a pleasant experience. Amy Baker from Customer Services was outstanding when I had ordered the wrong fitment type (my mistake) and she amended the order with no fuss and came straight back to me with the correct solution, thanks a million Amy, you saved my bacon.”

“These car mats are great, I like the beige edging and I love the fact that I had my car's name embroidered which makes them very unique to me. They were delivered quite quickly and I am very pleased with them.”
