“Just bought a set of mats and a boot liner for my Jaguar xf. While the quality is ok, there are no eyelets in the rear mats for the standard fixing hooks, and there is no provision on the boot liner for the luggage strap rings, so the boot liner doesn't sit properly”

Hi Dave Thank you for your order and for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that yo'ure disappointed that there are no cut outs in the boot mat for the eyelets in your boot. We typically do not cut these out of our boot mats as customers prefer to ensure no dirt can get through to the boot floor below.

“Took a while between order and mats arriving, but the communication team kept me updated with emails. Mats arrived safely and fit perfectly into the car. Only comment to make is they smell "odd" in a warm plastic type of way (not unpleasant, just odd) so hoping that will disappear over time. Would recommend and will be using them again.”
