“Good price. Shame about the poor fitting. Brought some mats for my new transit custom, purchase was easy enough, decent price. I paid for the sure fit service and next day delivery however by selecting the sure fit service it delays the order by a day for it to be checked. To do the check I needed to send measurements and photos of the fittings of the van, if they had measurements online I wouldn’t have needed to do this. The mats arrived but the fitting of them is very poor. There are lumps caused due to poor fitting. One side over hangs, the other has a gap. The cutting is also not straight causing a 1cm gap on one side and a 3cm gap on the other. They are not even symmetrical . I questioned the fitting but was told that the fitting is ‘as expected’ to which I disagreed. I was offered the opportunity to return for a refund but given the time delay in the response I had driven the van with them in so they unable to be returned. Overall, decent quality rubber mats but let down by the poor fitting.”

“These are my second set of mats from CarMats.co.uk and they’re still absolutely perfect! I got the basic mat material once again and it’s rugged enough for me, I would suggest a nicer material for those who do higher mileages a year. Do try the embroidery service!”

“Paid for the sure fit service originally but this involved Carmats sending through the wrong mats. Vehicle is a campervan conversion so may have complicated order a bit (in Carmats defence). The alternative mat selected was actually a 3 piece set that cost more but they did send this through without requesting additional monies. Mats were wrong but measure of a company is how they deal with mistakes. They quickly processed a returns and then sent through the correct mat for the vehicle (the one originally ordered). Ultimately a bit of delay getting the right mats but mistake was dealt with as quick as reasonably possible (hence the 5 stars).”
