“No problems at all. Ordered car mats and a boot liner. The boot liner did not fit but the returns process was easy. The mats fit perfectly and look great. The products and price seem great but I value customer service for when things don't work out and this company seems to be very good at that.”

“I bought the odourless mats, having had a bad (and expensive) experience with rubber mats from elsewhere, which absolutely stank. They are lighter in weight than the rubber mats and have a texture, rather than being smooth, and at 1st I thought they had a very slight smell, but very pleased to say that having had them in the car for a few weeks, there is no nasty chemical stink and they are doing the job, so thank you for the mats.”

“MG S9 car mats bought. Fairly new car so not a lot of companies to choose from. CarMats.co.uk are not my usual go to company for car mats so was unsure about quality. The depth of the carpets was very good. A slight issue with one of the mats was resolved incredibly quickly and without fuss. Mistakes happen, but how they are dealt with separates the great and poor companies. Well done 👍”
