“The shape and size and material of the four car mats for my Renault Grand Scenic is fine; they arrived quite quickly. But only three stars because: a/ the extra pad on the drivers mat was in the wrong place. I have size 9 feet - so fairly average - but with the clutch pedal not pushed, my heel was only just on the pad. When I pushed the pedal and my heel moves forward, on releasing the clutch, and my heel comes back, my heel catches on the front edge of the pad; actually quite dangerous. I have unpicked and re-sewn the pad two inches forward of where it was and now it is just right. b/ Four mats came, but the original spec says there should be five, ie including the small mat for the middle of the back seat. Because that mat hardly gets used I decided it was less hassle for me to just keep using the old mat that is still in good condition, rather than chase for a new one. But obviously I was not impressed that it had not been included.”

“I don't normally buy from random ads on Instagram; but I'm glad that I did. I recently received a new work van and the mats supplied with it were rubbish. I took a chance on CarMats and they were great value for money, well made, arrivedin just two days and, most importantly, they fit perfectly.
