“When I bought my car I discovered that none of the mats fitted properly. CarMats.co.uk was one of the top choices on Google. The website was easy to navigate. I especially liked that I could simply put in my registration number and it recommended exactly what fit my car needed. The other options for colours etc were also helpful.”

“Ordered the car mats by reg number as requested, the mats that where originally sent were for a later model. NO fault of CarMats.co.uk though. I sent photos as to wrong fit. CarMats then sent the correct earlier model's mats which fit perfectly. Very pleased with how CarMats sorted everything out. Very pleased with quality of the car mats aswell.”

“The mats great and as described. Happy with the quality and fit. Lead times for delivery are very misleading, they quote estimated times much less than the actual lead time and then try and upgrade you to next day. Offering free and fast delivery as standard would be a better solution”

We unfortunately cannot offer free next day delivery with all orders without substantially increasing our prices. We think offering a lower price for those who are able to wait a little longer for delivery and a next day service is a good compromise.

“Ordered for a brand new car model only just arriving in the UK market, so expected a bit of a delay. Not so , I was informed that they would be made and delivered within 1 week. Excellent fit and look to be a high quality purchase. Great price and good Customer Service and communications.”
