“I ordered a set of Kia rubber car mats in black, with a matching boot mat and Surefit insurance. Your website includes plenty of relevant information, and the ordering process is user friendly with availability for different options such as different edgings, materials etc. I queried something mid order and Kate Sharman gave a prompt and helpful reply. My overall impression- a good product, great website, and customer focused. All UK made too- with a video!”

Hi Robert Thank you for your order and for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the service provided. Your vehicle registration returns the mats you require on our site but unfortunately a different set was purchased. As custom embroidery was added to your mats it is not possible to return them for a refund, as such our team have offered a 40% discount on a replacement set.
