“They are lovely, just what we wanted, they for great”

“I had a good experience with the customer service. I received the items quickly. The prices were slightly higher than in other places. I bought a liner for my Rav4 2022, and it arrived on time. The price was £69.00, but later I found out that the genuine Toyota liner was £4 cheaper. Nevertheless, I didn't mind as the item is of good quality.”

“Easy to purchase, delivery was OK, not amazing but not terrible, although I was kept informed. Packaging wasn't anything, and the fit isn't brilliant. A bit Meh”

“Very easy process and I’ve always purchased my mats from car mats and always been satisfied with the products. I will say one thing there was a small miss communication with emails where my order got cancelled and I did not get an email however, Dan smith replied quick and was very helpful and told me about the mistake and was quick to fix it in which I was very pleased with the customer service.”

“The mats are lovely and fit the car perfectly. The only problem I have is the extra carpet piece on the drivers mat is too far back and my heels don't rest on it as I have small feet.”

“My Fred Focus car mats look good and seem to be very durable. Time will tell. See my e-mail of 19th June. You continued to advise me that they had been sent after I had told you that they had arrived!!! It gave the impression that you had not read my e-mails (2) advising you that I had already received them!!”

“We purchased the rubber car mats for a Discovery Sport and they arrived quickly and without any problems. Well, regretably we ordered the wrong ones first, for the Discovery 5, but that was our fault and not CarMats. The material is sturdy and will protect the car's carpet as normally we would have muddy feet from taking the dog out. The only thing we found was the passenger's front car mat was rather small for the foot well, so used one from the previous 'wrong' set and placed that underneather this one to give more feet protection.”

“Unable to give 5 as first car mats sent did not fit. They sent different fittings but these definitely didn’t make a difference. After figuring out Citroen changed the shape of car new ones were sent and they are lovely. Kate was lovely along the way offering me a refund or to continue with trying new mats . (Another person who initially replied to my email didn’t answer my request for a refund so I was concerned at the beginning ) We got there in the end. Would definitely recommend after dealing with kate.”
