“Unfortunately when the mats arrived the driver's mat was the wrong size and shape. When ordering from the website I entered the registration number of the car but I am not sure what happened. After a few messages over and back with some vert helpful people, especially Dad, it was agreed they would send me a replacement at no charge. I didn't even have to return the onec that was wrong. Very good service from the 'trouble shooters'.”
