“Very impressed with CarMats.co. We ordered a full set of Black, Grand mats with red trim for our VW Golf, which turned up promptly. However, the front ones didn’t fit as well as I expected, so I sent a photo to them. They immediately identified that the wrong front mats had been sent and arranged for the correct ones to be delivered. They have now arrived and fit perfectly. This is a great example of how to properly deal with customer issues. It’s easy to be good when it’s easy, but the ability to deal with mistakes and things going wrong is what sets professional companies apart from the crowd. 10/10, will definately use again. And, the mats look great too.”
