“The mat had a huge, unfinished, badly cutout area for the gearshift. The customer service team refused to fix the problem and said it’s supposed to be like it. Terrible workmanship and customer service.”

Hi Richard I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the mat coverage around your gearbox on your I'm afraid your Transporter T4. We don't trim this middle area but the gear stick cover is meant to pull through the mat and cover the open square, this is why this area isn't trimmed.

Hi John Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you've had an issue with the mats for your Ford Transit Custom. Our team have tried to resolve the issue so we can replace the mats but we haven't had the required information through unfortunately, which leaves only a return via our free returns service for a refund. We'd be happy to replace the mats with the right sets but we do require some more information on the seating configuration in your vehicle.
