“Quality very good, had a few issues first set that arrived did not fit but customer care were quick to help rectify this so that was brilliant other issue was shipping with DHL no updates on the tracking took three week to recieve, cant blame carmats for this as that issue lay solely with DHL. So overall happy with my mats for my 2012 passat cc”

“Recently purchased the executive matts and rubber boot Matt for my daughter’s new car. Ordering was really easy, delivery was quick and she is very happy with the fit and quality of them. Had to contact customer service as we thought she’d lost one and would need a replacement. Amy Baker answered our email query quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.”
