“There was a problem with the mats I ordered - a defect in the carpet material, but Carmats told me to keep them, and made/shipped new mats at no charge, and they arrived quickly too. You know you are dealing with a good supplier when things don't quite go right and they sort it out quickly and painlessly. Full marks to Carmats, Helen and Elliot! The fit and finish were all that I had expected too. I'm 100% happy.”

“I ordered a set of 4 mats for my new Toyota and have been delighted with them. The ordering process was very straightforward, the price was excellent (£150 less than Toyota was trying to charge me!), they were delivered in good time and the product is excellent. I would definitely recommend CarMats and I am going to order more mats for my son's car.”
