“I ordered car mats but have not received them despite an email saying they should have arrived- I also ordered a boot mat- this arrived but the rest of the car mats have not arrived- I have chased them up but am not getting a reply”

“I bought the standard ones, not knowing what to expect however they are excellent quality and such great value. There was an issue, NOT with CarMats but with the courier losing the parcel. Kate Sharman responded the same day to my email, offering an explanation and a replacement which, when I replied, was handled promptly by Amy Baker. Thank you ladies. You're a credit to the company. I was impressed by CarMats effective and timely communications and would certainly recommend them to family and friends. Well done everyone!”

“I bought the toy town carmats for my vauxhall zafira B. I wanted something a bit different and these add a splash of colour to the car. I have two young boys and they love them too. The fit is perfect and they are thick too so they will last. Very pleased. Thank you”

“Ordered Honda Jazz Hatchback 2020+ Car Mats × 1, having been quoted £149 by Honda! Received excellent communication throughout the whole process.
