“Fine but I think I shd have been alerted to the £120 call out charge first. The key turned out to be working.. I wd still probably have called you out - but wouldn't have had such a shock.”

“The service was pretty easy to book, I done so over the phone. The mobile engineer was punctual and their customer service was exceptional. My only reservation is the price I paid, I paid £250 for what I believe to have been a 30 minute task. Conclusion: Pretty quick and reliable. Price was pretty steep, however, I believe OGS Mechanics Keys LTD had in fact given me the cheapest quote for the service I required.”
