“This is really a fantastic service - the gentleman was out to see me in less than 2 hours, and took no more than 20 minutes to produce a new key and have my car running again. Service was professional and efficient. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because it's not cheap - price aside, it's a great service I would definitely recommend.”

“The young man who sorted out my key problem was punctual and knowledgeable. Explained how things worked with the vans repair equipment. Also explained how the new key functioned. All-in-all a very slick operation. Would recommend your service to others.”

“2009 Ford C-Max spare key with remote. Quick response and great communications during the couple of hours from initial contact. Kept updated of time till engineer arrival. Operative was very professional and knew his trade. Spare key made and programmed within an hour on site. Some payment issues due lack of mobile signal for his card reader, eventually paid with cash instead. Fantastic business, wish I had done this instead of aircraft engineering!”

“My call was handled by Victoria as I'm a first time customer. She did a great job of explaining and handling my questions with care and understanding. Told me what will happen in clear step's. When the technician came he did a wonderful job in the cold provided a excellent experience. “Today have problem,my wife forgot her bag with car key inside car and doors lock up, BMW x Thanks guys for help! About 2 min and car been open,no damage no any scratches! Perfect job! P.s. before,we call different company,pay by phone 70£ deposit,he coming after 2 hours and 1 hour he try opening.....car not open,he damage car and don’t give me money back( he give us option smash window) we not agree and find this company,great job THANK YOU GUYS FOR HELP! Recommend this company! Later on I need call back and order spare key for next time! Sorry for my bad English”

“Highly recommended very professional very easy to communicate the lady’s name was Victoria extremely helpful and I must say very punctual and being in central London is very hard to predict time there prices are super reasonable and they do anything to save you money I am extremely happy and highly recommend the company well done guys 👍🏻”
