“quick service. trained drivers. would be better if vans came better equipped to fix job on site as i have had to travel a long complicated way to finish the job. however very well trained people nonetheless. amazing hospitality at the finchley branch nonetheless. shout out to victoria for cheering me up whilst booking the appointment shes a star”

“Today I locked my van key inside my van, annoyed all day not knowing what to do, at 7pm my girlfriend got in contact with car key solutions, still annoyed and worried about what damage would have to be done to gain entry into the vehicle. How wrong I was, there was an engineer with me within 45mins and had me back in my vehicle in minutes. Very professional, clearly very experienced and very helpful info also not to much a very reasonable price too. Thanks again car key solutions from one very happy customer.”

“Very happy with the service, Sebastian?, I think that was his name, the engineer ,talked me through what he was going to do and then tested out the new key to make sure everything was working before he left. I paid by card and the invoice arrived by email before he left so there was no doubt about the price etc.. also, a fob was attached with a code number so if someone found the key and called them they would know who the kay belonged to and could contact me. They seem to be ahead of the game with service etc..”

“Super helpful and responsive - I submitted a query on a Sunday afternoon, had a call within a couple of hours and a visit first thing the following morning. Within half an hour they had provided a working replacement key. Helpful and hassle free - thanks guys!”

“Excellent supper fast service, I called Vauxhall company to replace my lost key and they has been advise me that I have to go to my local dealer ( which is 10 miles away ) and then it will take two to three days to arrive the key, once they received key then I have to go to them and collect the key and come home and again I have to tow the car again to Watford to do the computer setting, then I found the Car Keys Solutions company online, I give them a call and they arrived my home within 1 hour and to make the key and computer sitting only took them 20min. What a supper fast service and good manner Staff. Thank you Car Keys Solutions and you save my all the hassles and I will recommend friend & family.”

“The manager Nick and their mechanic ( GAbu) are 100 cheater. They cheat me by saying that they Replaced Lock set , and changed me £350, The manager Nick gave me one year warranty. the next day same problem for my car. I went back to their work shop in Finchley, 🤗 The GAbu The guy who fixed the new lock set , said to me without touching the car ? He said ! This cannot be fixed as A plate is missing , my Question? Is that if he knows that the plate is missing at first time Why the manager mr Nick gave me one year warranty for the same job ? And now The manager asking me 125 pounds to fixed the missing plate. I had check the job which the car key solution has done , to Honda work shop , and they said they had not replaced the Lock set but they fixed one extra screw to hold the key barrier to the Handel . I am shocked 😨.As per original Receipt They part description is REPLACED LOCK SET and the amount they charged me £ 350. And”

Dear John, Your comments are offensive and we will pass this further for investigation. The work done to your old Honda Jazz vehicle has to recode door locks as when you came in only way to open the car was from the boot. Our technician was advising you about plate that was missing and you acknoledge that and stated that it may happened when previuos work done on your door window. Upon work completion your car locks were operating you happily paid and you were left to have the missing plate installed. The work done carries out 1 year warranty, however fact that on your car are part missing has no link the with job carried out. We have as evidente all call recordings and CCTV footage when job has been carried out. Management Car Keys Solutions
