“Avoid. I have paid a £450 deposit and keep being given the run around. Originally Nick said my key was being delivered Monday 8th April, then he told me would definitely be Thursday 11th. I took the day off work today and have waited in all day only to call at 5pm to be told that Nick has gone home for the day. He didn’t even have the decency to call me back. Terrible service.”

“Called for a price agreed to the price when the tachnition turned up was told the prices was more then quoted was unable to get an invoice till after the work was done no matter how much we asked for one.”

“There was a slight mistake by the booking people which in turn cost me a day off work , I was booked in for tue 19th between 1pm and 3pm , then I was called and asked if I could do an earlier slot between 11am and 2pm , which I agreed to , as I understand it , it was then mistakingly booked for the Wed 20th , I waited in all day , I called and got booked in for the morning of the 20th ! The repair itself and the locksmith fantastic”
