“very bad experience with their service. They said that we can cut a key for your car and It's only our engineer who can do this in the UK and they charged me a very high price and I paid deposit (They wanted me to pay full). On the day they didn't show up, I called they said Oh sorry, the engineer is going to be late for 3-4 hours and don't worry he is working on your case. He started asking for pictures of the key and how many buttons it has and photo from the door etc. I sent everything. Suddenly he messaged saying SORRY WE CAN NOT DO IT. He said the engineer is on his way and he lives far but then he said oh we can not do it. It was the most inconvenient experience I had with this company and I am very disappointed.”

We understand how disappointing it must have been to wait for the engineer and then be informed that we couldn’t complete the job, especially after taking a deposit and gathering all the necessary information. We asked you to send the following photos in order for us to make sure that our master engineer can really do the job. We should have communicated more clearly and managed expectations better from the beginning. Your feedback is taken seriously, and we’re currently reviewing what went wrong in this situation to ensure it doesn’t happen again. “Very efficient. Came as stated and I had plenty of notice. Very pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend and use them again if I need to. Was in a fix and they sorted me out. Hopefully won’t need their services but very pleased.”
