“Great service, everyone was very nice and very efficient. Spare key was made very quickly and was even helped in and out of parking space. Victoria was brilliant on phone help line.”

“The manager Nick and their mechanic ( GAbu) are 100 cheater. They cheat me by saying that they Replaced Lock set , and changed me £350, The manager Nick gave me one year warranty. the next day same problem for my car. I went back to their work shop in Finchley, 🤗 The GAbu The guy who fixed the new lock set , said to me without touching the car ? He said ! This cannot be fixed as A plate is missing , my Question? Is that if he knows that the plate is missing at first time Why the manager mr Nick gave me one year warranty for the same job ? And now The manager asking me 125 pounds to fixed the missing plate. I had check the job which the car key solution has done , to Honda work shop , and they said they had not replaced the Lock set but they fixed one extra screw to hold the key barrier to the Handel . I am shocked 😨.As per original Receipt They part description is REPLACED LOCK SET and the amount they charged me £ 350. And”

Dear John, Your comments are offensive and we will pass this further for investigation. The work done to your old Honda Jazz vehicle has to recode door locks as when you came in only way to open the car was from the boot. Our technician was advising you about plate that was missing and you acknoledge that and stated that it may happened when previuos work done on your door window. Upon work completion your car locks were operating you happily paid and you were left to have the missing plate installed. The work done carries out 1 year warranty, however fact that on your car are part missing has no link the with job carried out. We have as evidente all call recordings and CCTV footage when job has been carried out. Management Car Keys Solutions

“Initially had problems with key, but these have now been resolved. Victoria in office & the employees who attended each time were courteous & tried to help resolve the situation, which it now has been to my satisfaction.”

“100% perfect. He came early and started on the car b4 i was there as i said it was ok and less than an hour it was done. Amazing. Chris was also a very nice guy i was talking to him alot. Didnt want to use you as it was a bit expensive but 100% i will use you again as the serivice was done quick”

“The solution offered was fantastic, however the overall experience was not even a VERY POOR experience it was extremely poor. I was promised a technical would be with me in 45mins to 1hr max. Just before the time was up I received a call to say that had been cancelled and another technician would be with me in 40 minutes. I complained and was told a discount would be received after I vented my disappointment. One hour later the technician arrived. He was brilliant but no discount - Feeling thoroughly disgusted and ripped off, they guarantee a 1 hour service but after 2 hours my technician arrived, I paid a premium price for substandard service.”

“We explained clearly the situation with a car key replacement, and on the strength of the initial good service we also ordered a spare for our other vehicle. However, since then a previous key we had has stopped working, and we were then told this should have been explained to us at the time - it wasnt and now we have a faulty spare that we want to be reset - we were quoted a minimum of £80 to do this - and based on the fact we weren't clearly given the full picture in terms of what keys would and wouldnt work after the service we feel this should be done free of charge. Please call me on 07720 262 320 to resolve. If this can be done I would have no issue recommending you to anyone for future work.”
