There was a slight mistake by the booking people which in turn cost me a day off work , I was booked in for tue 19th between 1pm and 3pm , then I was called and asked if I could do an earlier slot between 11am and 2pm , which I agreed to , as I understand it , it was then mistakingly booked for the Wed 20th , I waited in all day , I called and got booked in for the morning of the 20th !
