“Very good content. Would like to have had it started in time and more promptly. Slides were very helpful. He delivered it very well and made us comfortable to ask questions. Had to rush through the most important part of the dressings. Would like to have longer or split session in 2 parts. One the biology part one the practical dressings part. Would have like to have slides printed and handed out at the beginning of the session so we could take notes as he was giving very useful information that we could have added to the slides as notes. Overall very happy. Thank you.”

“Staff feedback was that the training was good however one staff was asked to leave the training because she didnt have the correct shoes. This was not communicated to us before hand. I feel like staff should have been allowed to continue with the training and restricted from practical session as she was already there and we had paid for 12 staff training. This is our first time as using your organisation for our moving and handling training. Are we going to get a refund?”
