“We did not receive course paperwork until trainer had had to delay the start of our course to phone the office and find out why we had not been sent the course paperwork. Course content in workbook was not covered. Trainer gave negative feedback to one delegate in front of the whole group. Trainer ended the course very abruptly, not giving a chance for us to say goodbye or share contact details.”

“This was more suitable for carers. It did not provide the depth of information and product knowledge needed as a registered nurse.”

“Poor materials like PPT and workbook. PPT is repetitive back and forth without a clear logic in place. Very little information in the workbook on PEG feeding. The trainer did try to find an older version but said couldn't hand out.”

“I found the cousre on teams very difficult i was struggling with the tutor as he kept forgetting where he was on the course and unlike other courses i have done with other companies i actually pulled out on second day because i felt like i hadnt learned anything that i didnt already know. Would certainly not recommend this tutor or the course and i have mentioned this to my company”

“I have attended the course long yime ago but not yet received any certificate. I have been told by the tutor to do a feedback did it on the same day .Still wondering about my certificate, I will end up doing another course if i did not receive it.”
