Staff feedback was that the training was good however one staff was asked to leave the training because she didnt have the correct shoes. This was not communicated to us before hand. I feel like staff should have been allowed to continue with the training and restricted from practical session as she was already there and we had paid for 12 staff training. This is our first time as using your organisation for our moving and handling training. Are we going to get a refund?
