Did stuggle initially due to this course being on Zoom and not Teams. Found the trainer to be good although felt that feedback on presentations should have been at the end of the session, not afer each individual presentation.
Didnt realise that if you needed any of the presentation packs to deliver this course it was chargeable, feel that this should have been explained on the course, as some did enquire about the packs, as I assumed they would be free of charge.
