“The instructor for the 'basic observations' course was excellent. The course content was rather basic given the experience and qualifications of the attendees, however, the instructor was able to adapt the delivery to suit a more experienced and knowledgeable group. The delivery of equipment that the instructor had expected from Caring for Care did not arrive until the end of the morning session. Luckily the organisation that had booked the training has its own equipment for taking a wide range of basic observations.”
