“This was a fabulous course. However, I had to reduce it to 4 stars as no facilities not even a water machine. I along with other colleagues and the tutor had travelled for 2 hours and there was no cup of tea or a place that we could buy from. Also the receptionist had no idea where the course was being held.”

“The training was relevant to my field. The trainer was excellent and demonstrated that she had knowledge in this field. The material was very good. The facility was comfortable and there were no disturbances. On the other hand it is difficult to listen to the trainer while writing notes , so may we please be sent the Training Slides. Thank you”

“The Tutor came in not prepared for the Training, all the equipment for the Practical Session had not been delivered, the duration of the training was meant 8 hrs. We were then informed that a Lady from the Company would bring the equipment and continue the training in the afternoon. Then when were preparing for the next see we were told the training had been rescheduled. However, the trainer was very knowledgeable on the subject when delivering the training.”
