“Trainer was easy to understand and worked at a nice pace. He made everyone feel relaxed and there was no pressure throughout the 2 days. An enjoyable experience and a god refresher along with the new knowledge on up to date equipment”

“The course was informative I did feel that some of the information that was given was not relevant to my position but always ready and keen to learn new things. Jenifer was a lovely lady but I feel that the course if at all possible could of had more interaction with us instead of us just listening the I felt the quiz at the end suddenly made the group wake up and re-engage”
