“I organised some training for one of our establishments who's team required in depth training on End of Life Care. I was supported with the planning and booking of the course by Emma who was very professional and personable. She made communication and the booking process easy and was very helpful with any questions or queries that I had. The training went ahead as planned and was great. It covered everything that the team needed, was very insightful and well presented. The trainer was very knowledgeable and the sessions were delivered at a good pace that gave delegates enough time to take in and process the information being shared. We will definitely keep Caring for Care in mind if we have any future training requirements and look forward to hopefully working with them again in the future.”

Incorporating practical elements, such as case studies, role-playing scenarios, or interactive activities, would have greatly enhanced the learning experience and helped solidify the concepts. Overall, the training was informative, and I appreciate the effort put into its delivery. Adding a practical component in future sessions would make it even more impactful and engaging.”

“facilitator was great. she had indepth knowledge and made it practical and relatable as possible. Her delivery on infection control was precise and very informative. And the history behind handwashing was something that was first time hearing and was very fascination. Thank yiu Mary-Ann (if i got her name right)”
