“What a fantastic find Caring for Care turned out to be — our trainer, Syma, was excellent. With her strong background in care, hands-on experience supporting family members who draw on health and social care, and her involvement in mock medication audits within services, she brought real depth and authenticity to the session. Our group were fully engaged and motivated throughout and clearly enjoyed the training. Syma’s pacing was spot on, and the way she checked understanding, encouraged questions, and created space for discussion made the session both interactive and accessible. The training materials and handout folder were also of a very high standard. Overall, an excellent training experience!”
