“I really enjoyed my time during this course. The first thing I was looking out for was that the course would be worth it and it was most definitely worth my time, money and travel. The trainer ensured I left feeling confident about all I had been taught and I was. Things where broken down so I had a clear understanding, down to words/terms I had never heard of as I’m a complete beginner entering the field.”

“I found the information very interesting, the presentation was really good, clear and in laymans terms and easy to understand, included staff in the discussion and used their expireances to explore the management of behaviours etc. The only thing which I felt letthe side down was there was no actual practical on how to remove the ligature from around the neck, I have completed this training previously and thisgave me confidence in using the cutter if needed. If you put that in as well I belive you wil have nailed it.”

“Booking was easy, and even changing the date was no problem. We managed to have training at home with our daughter's carers, which worked really well. The trainer was very knowledgeable and would be great for an institution or larger place with more then one service user, but we don't feel she quite realised the importance of being less impersonal with a one to one that has the understanding of a small child. She also seemed a little anti immigrant, and more than half of my carers picked up on this.”
