“Very detailed and informative, but I wish there was more of a practical element to the training and showing us the equipment in respect to our role. It was a good refresher but if I hadn’t worked in care previously I’d be still a bit unsure of the equipment and not that confident to use it.”

Hi Shannon - thank you for your review, we really appreciate it! We're really glad that you found the course very detailed and informative, but are sorry that we only received a three star rating. We offer different types of Moving and Handling courses - ranging in types of equipment and levels of award. The course picked by the client in this instance was Patient Moving and Handling Practical Level 2 for a group of 8 afternoon only session. We do apologise if you felt as though this did not apply to your professional circumstances, however this was what was chosen by the client. “The train the trainer for manual handling was delivered by Sarah Freer. She was professional and delivered the training in a way to suit all participants. The training was informative and fun! The training has allowed participants to feel confident to be a trainer with the knowledge required. Highly recommend train the trainer to allow you to support the personal development of your team!”

“I recently completed the online course for becoming a Designated Safeguarding Lead, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The course was incredibly informative, well-structured, and easy to follow. It provided a clear understanding of the responsibilities and key concepts involved in safeguarding, with practical examples and real-world scenarios that helped me apply the knowledge to my role. The content was up-to-date, and I appreciated how it covered everything from recognising signs of abuse to handling sensitive situations with confidence. The course also included useful resources, and Rachel was responsive and helpful whenever anyone had questions. I feel much more confident and prepared in my role as a Safeguarding Lead, and I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to enhance their understanding and effectiveness in safeguarding.”
