The course content was fine but could do with more information around the principles of moving and handling

Honestly, being a 7 hours training, I occupied a position that can allow me to sleep but unfortunately it was never what I thought. The trainer speaks so enthusiastically. I was much interested to no more. The class was so lively. I enjoyed every bit of it. Most importantly, I learned skills that will help discharge my duties whilst keeping my self and service user safe.

I was impressed with the course I did today. I learnt more in the session that I didnt already know. Thanks to John Starr for the course delivered was good and learnt some new things.

I learnt a fair amount and feel more confident in meeting my son's healthcare needs. I would have liked the trainer to give me more time to process information. I felt he moved on to the next topic before I had time to read the slides and take notes and process what he had said. I felt slightly uncomfortable about the stereotypical references the trainer made.

The information was mostly correct and the delivery was clear, however it was very drawn out and not enough practical, especially geared towards our holidaymaker's needs.

It was a good refresher for me. Though I was disappointed with the practical aspect of the course. the male model was faulty(something had been broken off in the shaft) and the training catheters too flimsy to insert properly. This was not the fault of the trainer Robert White. He was extremely embarrassed by it. I have rated you 3 stars due to the very poor equipment. Robert delivered a very concise session with plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions. Thank you

Hi, thank you for leaving us a review about your training experience with us. We are disappointed to hear that the equipment used during training was damaged. We check all equipment before sending it to the next course/trainer, but sometimes this equipment is out of the office for long periods of time, so, unfortunately, damage and wear and tear can be missed between courses. When this particular model is back with us in the office, we will examine the mannequin and see if it is fit for further training sessions—the Caring for Care Team.

Really enjoyed the training the instructor was very good and made it informal. Only downside was as it was only 3 hours practical training was not done.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are pleased to hear your overall feedback for the PEG Feeding training and that you had a good experience. The course you attended would be a half-day refresher session; this is why the practical elements of the session were not included on the day of training. We hope to see you again in the future—the Caring for Care Team.

The training was delivered well the only downfall was due to COVID it not being face to face and also no practical.

Thank you for leaving us a review. We are sorry to hear that you missed the face to face and practical side of the training. Unfortunately, this is due to the COVID restrictions in place at the moment. Hopefully, this has not impacted your training and that we will see you again in the future—the Caring for Care Team.

it was a nice course but I preferred if the tutor showed more breakaway technique.
