I learnt a fair amount and feel more confident in meeting my son's healthcare needs. I would have liked the trainer to give me more time to process information. I felt he moved on to the next topic before I had time to read the slides and take notes and process what he had said.
I felt slightly uncomfortable about the stereotypical references the trainer made.
