“Euro car parts refunded the price of the rubbish 9 month old lion brand battery with no problems and the replacement bosch was bought over the same counter via car parts 4 less at, what I hope will be, a very reasonable price.”

“Went to pick up item for collection from Newburn collection point, given wrong one. I had to go back again to return it, the required item was not in stock!, had to cancel all, wastage of time, ordered a new one”

“Check your parts before you leave the store. Unfortunately out of the 5 items I ordered 2 were incorrect so I had to go back to the shop twice! First the brake discs were put in the wrong box whick the seal had been broken on. The second was someone misread the part number (2 for a 7) and I ended up with the wrong air filter. Easy to rectify but just a shame I had to drive down twice to change them. Friendly service though”

“I bought an 054 battery and some screen wash expecting free delivery over £30. However the system still wanted postage to be paid. The only way to get it free was to collect from a local car parts shop. As it so happens this was not a problem and if I need to exercise the 3 year guarantee I can a go there.”

“I've been using CarParts4 Less for many years as they are generally the cheapest around. Free delivery is available over say £30 but until recently any collection was charged for, which I could not understand, this however has now been dropped thankfully.”
