“The item sent must have been used and returned by the last buyer! All parts are loose inside a badly ripped box held in place with DHL tape on all sides! You don’t expect to be sold a used returned item as new! I have emailed them to pick it up as I will not even bother to open it. So far no response. Instead I get emails to ‘review’ the rubbish they sent to me.”

“Ordered 2 items to pick up at my local collection point (Euro Car Parts, part of the same company). Couldn’t get in to collect items due to catching COVID, which I still have. Rang to ask about items and was told that I’d be refunded as I didn’t collect my order. Refund came through, however they have kept the £1.99 collection fee they call charge for the “privilege” of collecting. This was not conveyed to me at the time I was told about the refund. I will not opt to collect any future orders if I decide to order again from Car Parts 4 Less.”
