“thanks for the delivery of my order, but there was a problem with the connection, the mechanic had to modify it and adapt it to fit my car otherwise, it's all fine regards Dave F”

“Great price and arrived quickly... Only issue I had were that the cleaning products didn't come with nozzles (like in the photo's) so couldn't use them... This. should be made clear in your listings. Now resolved as I contacted Auto finesse direct and they supplied these to me.”

“I ordered parts on a 3-4 day delivery but by day 6 still no parts. No response to online customer service request for a delivery date after over 48 hours. I had to call customer services and the local branch so I could collect parts as they were not going to be delivered for another 3 days!”

“A simple order for some engine oil went wrong. The wrong grade of oil was sent but the delivery note was for the correct oil. A phone call sorted the the problem.”

“ORDERED PARTS ( FILTERS ) ONLINE FOR MY REXTON. GOOD VALUE . COLLECTED AT FALKIRK BRANCH DAY OR TWO LATER, WAITING FOR MY COLLECTION FAST POLITE SERVICE. HAVE NOT HAD CHANCE TO FIT YET DUE TO POOR WEATHER, HOPEFULLY CORRECT PARTS . WILL USE AGAIN.”

“Well I have ordered my parts on the 2/04 ofApril and now it is the 12/04of April and after been told that the parts will be with me between 2 to 3 working day I am still waiting !!! 3 phone calls two emails and promises that the parts will be with me asap I have been waiting for a long time now. I work in retail and this is very apprling your phone operators were very nice and polite but still it's the 12/4 and I am still waiting. I have been promised that the parts will be with me on the 8/04 and waited at home all day on my day off I have been planing to do the service on my car on the 9/04 well nothing happened it is a little bit embarrassing to be honest.you are sending me an email to write a review while I am still waiting for the parts so here is my review.”

“My purchase was delivered early and i have used this company before and returned simply as it offers goods at value for money prices. When speaking to the delivery driver on how quick the order was processed he stated that other buyers from Car Parts 4 less also comment on value for money prices when on his rounds.”
