“The only thing that niggles me is why charge £2 for collection when it is my petrol and my time or perhaps this charge should be on order under £30 to match your free on-line policy, my order was for over £85, Also, the order cannot be amended so if i wanted to add WD40 then it would have to a new order with £2 collection charge, why can't we amend the order until is it collected?”

“Parts stated on a catalogue is wrong and doesn't fit the car. Telephone customer service is not helpful and don’t act on the issue quick enough, i’m still waiting on my refund from you, even i have delivered wrong parts myself to one of your stores and have to buy correct ones again, because you don’t refund money straight away. So have to spend a money twice!! What if someone doesn’t have a spare cash and car is booked in the garage? I have used your services before and newer was an issue, just recently started”

“Impressed, given that I made a mistake in my order and it still proved possible to sort it all out, while still getting the best price on the market. One tip: please make it clear HOW MANY of each item a car needs. You have to search too much for this info - eg spark plugs.”
