“Like a clone of Eurocarparts but on line only. Prices are probably variable just like Eurocarparts. I'm happy with what I bought.”

“Web site is excellent, should give 5 stars but delivery was not that good. Pars took 8 days to come instead of 3-4 days as mentioned at time of purchase. But overall I will strongly recommend it and have already recommended it for my friends and will personally use Car 4 less again if I need it. Thank you”

“Only issue is collection, it’s time consuming and the staff don’t fancy reading the order number but expect me to read a long number that they consistently type in incorrectly. Would be good to have the ability for a collection slot that would allow the team to retrieve the part prior to collection. Queue’s ridiculous long to collect an item!”

“It’s ok It’s all a bit of a farce, euro parts and car parts4less are all the same thing If you want something that’s in stock in a euro parts branch, you can have it next day on car parts 4 Less and pay less. If you wAnt it same day you have to pay europart prices I was also Once charged a collection fee which is bs, and when I complained, they refunded Parts with a surcharge are also a nightmare as nodody in branch onus how to do it Started using gfs recently, better value and service”

“No email confirmation. Had to call customer service and ask if all is ok and if my item was ordered ok and ready to be collected. Box had damaged upon collection. Parts are absolutely rubbish, clunks, creaks and cracking noise more than the old ones I had on it before. Garage fitted them and definitely only these causing the noise etc. I'd return them if I could but old ones were cut off due to being old so I'm stuck with these or can't use my car.”

“I order a set of front wipers for my car. Car Parts 4 Less was the cheapest supplier. Ordered online to collect in store, when I got to store after the collection date my order wasn’t ready however the guys quickly got my order ready. The guy on the till didn’t seem to know how to find my order but luckily someone was there to help him.”

“On previous orders, deliveries were by courier, this is first time my order was dispatched and delivered by my local euro car parts store. It was OK but was told they tried to deliver on two occasions and no body at home, this was inaccurate as there was always somebody at home and to confirm this no activation of my door camera until my order was actually delivered and received.”
