“Delivery was quick sadly on item was missing some parts so had to use online chat to resolve. Replacement items arrived in two working days, so in all customer service was very good. Would use again. Just shame someone had removed a disc pad from the box, very odd.”

“Ordered parts taking advantage of a good weekend discount.Didnt arrive after quite a few days so made enquiries at my local branch. Was dealt with very swiftly & delivered to me same afternoon. Would have given 5 stars had I not had to chase my order. Parts as described & fitted perfectly”

“I bought a part for approximately one-third of the main dealer price. Early days, but it is a perfect fit and is doing a great job, it also arrived the day after i ordered it. One relatively minor concern is that a member of staff i spoke to told me that a seal that went with the component i ordered was main dealer only. That wasn't correct. It was in the box.”

“Product was in stock and at a very competitive price. Ordered Saturday evening, collected Monday morning. Would have been five stars if they were open Sunday but everyone deserves one day of rest”

“Regular savings deals make it the most competitive on pricing. Pick up points handy Combined Utube videos on how to do it plus buy parts myself for easy jobs last one was air Filter change Gave me several manufacturers to choose from , chose BOSCH fitted as per Utube video no issues.”
