“Part of Euro Car parts, if you are willing to wait day or two then we’ll worth the wait as the price can be few quid cheaper. Delivery has always been spot on including any returns. The only negative I can say is the search criteria is not as good as ECP.”

“I only gave 4/5 stars as I did free click and collect to pick up my service parts for my car. Normally there is a charge for click & collect and I think it is unfair to charge customers a fee. I used to get my parts delivered at home with minimum purchase of £20 but they've now increased that to £30 so I cant afford that. Besides that, the staff do provide a good service and parts at an affordable price.”

“It would have been 5 stars had customer service been up to standard. Basing this on two experiences, one in store and one telephone, with both being very unfortunate. In my experience staff were unhelpful and aggressive.”

“Ordered some wipers from carparts4less, wiper suggested from the car reg didn’t fit. Had to return to collection point, didn’t know I could just return in store. Called up customer service to find out how to return and also looked up the other wipers I ordered actually fit. CS agent was most pleasant, got a good CS department, 5* for CS 4* for everything else.”

“I've used CarParts4Less a couple of times and am very impressed. The prices are very competitive and delivery is free and fast over £30. The only reason I've not given 5* is that I received the wrong wiper blade. When I entered the registration for my car it offered no suitable rear wiper; but when I typed in the make and model, it offered one. When it arrived, it didn't fit. Seems to be a website glitch.”

“Eicher premium brake pads and discs all round, fitted to a 2020 F56 Mini Cooper. Easy to fit, all parts fitted well. Only complaint; there is only two replacement bolts for the yoke in the front pad set. Four are needed ie two each side. Admitedly, only two are shown in the photograph but I assumed this was a photographic error. I was wrong. The rear pad set has no replacement foils and no replacement yoke bolts. So only the pads are supplied. If you can live with these omissions, recommended.”

“Good - the facility to be emailed when out-of-stock parts come back in stock Good - price and collection service from a Euro Car Parts branch (but not sure why there is a collection charge?) Extremely bad - ridiculously extended wait times on the phone (45+ minutes) and the impossibility of then actually getting an answer to a technical parts query from customer service!”

“Great service, but l don't understand why I have to pay £1-99 for someone to pick the brake caliper off the shelf out of their own stock, if I'd bought the part & got it delivered there would been no extra charge.”
