“I ordered a belt tensioner and received a idler pulley. Whilst it transpired that the item was incorrect on their system, Carpart4less would not send a replacement. I ended up having to order the correct part and pay extra for click and collect and having to go collect myself. Poor service.”

“Ordered two bottles of brake fluid online from car parts 4 less to find that this companies collection point is Euro car parts. At the same time on check out you are charged an additional £2 for click and collect privilege. I do not quite understand the £2 collection charge but if I had ordered it for delivery I would have had to pay the postage charges. Is this company Euro car parts under a different name?”

“WHAT A SHOCKINGLY BAD COMPANY THIS IS HERE IT’S A COPY OF THE REVIEW THAT CAR PARTS 4YOU ACTUALLY ASKED FOR I am at the point of writing to Trading Standards about this company. They sent the wrong parts to the wrong house. I have now sent TEN e-mails to try to correct their error. They WILL NOT send me a return code and refuse to accept returned goods without one. They are now totally ignoring me. AMAZINGLY they then sent me an e-mail asking for a review!!!”

“I have bought more things from CP4L (and ECP) than I care to remember. I can't remember a time where the service, pricing, speed or selection of products wasn't excellent. I tend to mostly use CP4L for less urgent items being shipped in slower time (regular service parts, spare bulbs, car washing supplies, etc) and I'm always impressed with just how competitive prices are when combined with free shipping.”

“It's europarts but somehow slightly cheaper on some things. But I had to pay them £1.50 to collect the parts. So yeah europarts but cheaper but with extra charges. So you have to pay to collect. Just be carefull check both and go with cheapest but add charges to price of parts 4 less. I'm pretty sure europarts think people are very stupid.”
